Habe lang überlegt ob ich das überhaupt hier reinstelle !! Habe vor ca. 8 Tagen im Mummys gold gespielt !! eine Einzahlung mit Kredikarte über 50 Euro gemacht !! Auf der Abrechnung sehe ich dann,das dieser Betrag mir 8 mal belastet wurde !!

Ok mit dem support in Verbindung gesetzt,die haben das geprüft und sagten SORRY,Iam so SORRY senden sie uns bitte Dokumente wie Ausweis,Stromrechnung usw. das übliche halt und wir schicken die 350 Euro sofort zurück !!

Ich natürlich Brav alle Dokumente zurück gesendet,habe mir das auch schön vom deutschen Support bestätigen lassen das alle Komplett sind!

Jetzt bekomme ich heute eine Mail,das angeblich nichts komplett ist und ich müsse noch einen Vertrag unterschreiben,auf dem auch noch ein Zeuge Unterschreiben muss !! Was ist das denn ? Falls jemand das dakument sehen will,sende ich gerne per mail !!

Hat jemand so was schon mal erlebt,das ich einen Vertrag unterzeichen soll auf English geschrieben und ein Zeuge von mir auch noch Unterschreibt ?

To: The Palace Group (hereinafter referred to as the “Releasee” which term includes its servants, officers, agents, successors, assigns and related and associated companies, including the holding companies of the online casino sites.)

1. Release. Releasor hereby releases and forever discharges the Releasee of and from all manner of actions, causes of actions, suits, debts, dues, accounts, bonds, covenants, contracts, claims and demands whatsoever which against the said Releasee the Releasor ever had, now has or can, shall or may hereafter have for or by reason of any cause, matter or thing whatsoever existing up to the present time, and more particularly, but without restricting the generality of the foregoing, all claims and demands arising in or out of or in any way connected with the use of the Cards or the performance of services by Releasee.
2. Confidentiality. Releasor covenants and agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information pertaining to the use of the Cards, the settlement and this Release (the “Confidential Information”) and the Confidential Information will not be disclosed by Releasor (or by anyone for whom at law it is responsible) either directly or indirectly, in any manner whatsoever, without Releasee’s prior written consent. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Releasor shall not disclose the Confidential Information to any issuer of the Cards.
3. Acknowledgement. Releasor acknowledges and agrees that he has been given sufficient time to consider his actions and to seek such independent legal or other advice, as he deems appropriate. Releasor further acknowledges that, other than the consideration promised, no representation of fact or opinion, threat or inducement has been made or given by Releasee to induce the signing of this Release.
4. Reimbursement. If any of the issuers of the Cards pays or credits the Releasor for any amount in respect of the use of the Cards for payment of services purchased from Releasee, Releasor shall immediately pay Releasee, without notice or demand, an amount equal to the amount of any such payment or credit up to Є350.00.
5. Further Assurances. The Releasor shall execute, acknowledge and deliver all such further assurances, instruments and documents and do all such other acts as may be necessary or appropriate in order to carry out the intent and purposes of this Release.
6. Facsimile Signatures. Delivery of an executed signature page of this Release by facsimile transmission shall be effective as delivery of a manually executed Release.

also zum Glück ist mir so etwas noch nicht passiert - du kannst natürlich über Deine Kreditkarten Firma auch alles zurück holen lassen.

Also das wichtigste ist, das Du Dein Geld wieder bekommst und danach würde ich der Palace Group den Rücken zudrehen.

werde Unterschreiben nachdem ich es jetzt Prüfen habe lassen,aber ist schon der Hammer was langsam abgeht. Und das mit Zeugen ist der Ober Hammer !!! Hätte die Palace Group anders eingeschätzt

Die Palace Group gehört eigentlich zu den zuverlässigen.

Ich kann Deinen Ärger verstehen und man hätte auch annehmen können das Sie die €350 wieder einfach zurückbuchen.

Aber so einfach ist es dann doch nicht und die brauchen dafür Dokumente, ob das Schreiben allerdings zum Procedere gehört, weiss ich nicht, Du hättest das vielleicht auch in deutscher Sprache verlangen sollen.

Das ist alles sehr sensibel geworden mit den Finanzen und die möchten sich natürlich absichern.

Manchmal ist man halt gezwungen, Sachen zu machen, die einem nicht logisch erscheinen.

Das mit den Kreditkarten, denke ich, wird fast überall so sein.

Ist vielleicht alles etwas unglücklich gelaufen und Fehler können auch passieren, hast Du eigentlich einen Bonus für diesen Aufwand bekommen ?
